Treatments Covered Under The Tooth Angels Dental Surgeon's Warranty

​Bridge, Crown and Veneer Warranty

• 3 years warranty applies if, under normal conditions, the dental restoration breaks, loosens, cracks or dislodges.
• Replacement with a similar or better material is covered
• It does not cover the treatment cost of root canal treatments (if needed thereafter) nor the breakage/fracture of the natural tooth supporting it.
• The warranty does not cover in cases whereby the dentist has advised the patient before that the restoration may not last due to tooth/gum/bite factors.

​Dental Implant Warranty

• 3 years warranty applies if the entire procedure was done at our clinic, including the bone grafting, implant placement and crown.
• If under normal conditions, the dental implant breaks, loosens, cracks or dislodges.
• Replacement with a similar or better material is covered
• The warranty does not cover in cases whereby the dentist has advised the patient beforehand that the restoration may not last due to tooth/gum/bite/bone factors.

* Warranty is only valid when presented with a signed certificate, endorsed by our dental surgeon.

The Patient’s Commitment

Maintenance of good dental health also depends on the patient’s active involvement. In instances of dental neglect, disease becomes unavoidable. The warranty is valid only if the following conditions are adhered to:

Regular Checkup And Cleaning

Bacteria naturally build up on teeth over time, which cannot be removed by brushing alone. This buildup can lead to tooth decay and gum disease. To ensure restorations last as long as possible, patients should have their teeth professionally cleaned and checked for decay and other issues at least once every six months.​

Maintain
​Good Oral Hygiene

Patients should maintain good oral hygiene by brushing and flossing their teeth twice a day and following any specific instructions provided by their dentist or hygienist to keep their teeth and gums clean and healthy.​

Immediate Notice Of
​Dental Issues

Patients are advised to notify the clinic and come in for a check immediately if any issues arise after treatment. Any delay may worsen the condition and could void the warranty.​

* Limited Dental Warranty: Terms and Conditions

• The warranty does not cover any travel, accommodation expenses, or any consequential losses incurred by the patient.
• Routine maintenance costs required over the course of the treatment’s working life are not included in the warranty.

Warranties may be considered null and void under the following conditions:

1. Routine check-ups are missed; these should occur at recommended intervals, usually every 6 months or every 3 to 4 months for cases involving gum disease.
2. The dentist has advised, with the patient’s consent, that the treatment is expected to have limited longevity or a guarded prognosis prior to treatment.
3. Neglect in maintaining good oral hygiene by the patient.
4. The patient does not follow the dentist’s instructions for caring for teeth and gums.
5. An accident occurs, or if there has been any incident impacting the face or head after treatment.
6. Medical conditions relevant to the treatment predispose the patient to an unfavorable outcome (e.g., smoking, diabetes, osteoporosis).
